Introducing the Swog Blog

Finally, here it is! The inaugural entry in the Swog Blog.

What the devil is the Swog Blog? I hear you ask.

Well, this blog, like so many others, will recount the developing endeavours of an individual in making money online. I have set myself the unenviable task of earning $25 000 in 12 months solely online, commencing November 1st, 2007.

Although I have some experience in the basic aspects of webmaster-ing, having owned a number of domains previously and developed a site or two to reside on those domains, you, the reader, should consider this a realistic and brutally frank account from the beginning, replete with all the nitty-gritty details.   Everything I recount on this blog will be from the perspective of beginner webmaster and should be fully replicable to anyone who wishes to duplicate my endeavours.   The only information I will not openly reveal is personal information that could be used to either identify me or jeopardise my progress.

A box at the top of the right hand column will furnish an at-a-glance indication of progress, but the veritable cornucopia of words and waffle comprising the bulk of the blog will recall the blood, toil, tears and sweat as I move closer to my goal.

So, without further ado, let the challenge commence…

  1. I am always happy to see people setting bold goals. Someone once said that if you are going to set a goal anyway, why don’t make it bold.

I believe $25K in 12 mths is achievable. I have set an even bolder goal for myself. I suggest that you use the multiple tracks approach, i.e. you should spawn a few income earning projects, each of which has a potential of giving you $25K in 12 mths. In that way, your chances of hitting the target will be improved.

For me, I am doing the same. I have a prime project that I’m in, which is SkyQuestCom, and quite a few others. I am not trying to market the SkyQuestCom opportunity, but if you are interested to join my team in this business opportunity, feel free to email me at skyquestcom2007@gmail.com and I can forward you the details.

In any case, all the best!
